Service Plans


This is an example of an Order Form Page Type that displays a few taxable (for Texas customers only) e-commerce service fee products that are recurring monthly or annually  for an unlimited period of time (e.g. term).  If the customer uses a credit/debit card as the payment method, and a payment gateway is used, the recurring charge can be applied automatically each month until it is cancelled at the request of the customer.
